Service Description

A typical engagement might include: - initial meeting (online, phone or travel to and attendance on site [Sydney NSW, or further afield by arrangement]) - receipt of background information - risk workshop for initial identification of risks - analysis - presentation of initial results - further workshops/follow-up as required - presentation of output [e.g. risk register; risk management plan] - ongoing retainer if required [e.g. monthly update on progress of actions] Engagement to be agreed beforehand, with estimate as a combination of hours, half-days (4 hours) and full days (8 hours).
