Paul Couvret is a risk management professional with extensive experience in the design and implementation of risk management frameworks, plans, systems and processes.  He has an appreciation of large public infrastructure construction, operations and maintenance projects and tenders.

 

Paul's background includes aero engineering in the Royal Australian Navy, some years as a civilian pilot and flight instructor, and later as a management consultant working in mining, defence, construction, and most recently working in risk management for a public transport provider in NSW, Australia.

 

He has specific expertise in rail safety management systems, including the drafting and implementation of rail safety assurance plans and reports, and broader experience in engineering project planning, management and support.
